UK 1st Class (1-2 Working Days):  £4.99 

UK 2nd Class (3-5 Working Days):  £3.99 

Rest of The World (5–14 Days):  £11.99

Please note: For international deliveries, you may be subject to additional import Fees and charges.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?

Please reach out to thenuderoomltd@gmail.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Return policy?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order and the item(s) must be unused and in unopened packaging.

To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 14 day timeframe, please reach out to thenuderoomltd@gmail.com.

You must be able to provide your order number to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. 

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product? 

We only exchange items if they were recieved damaged or if the wrong item was shipped. in order to exchange, you would need to return the original item back to us. Once received, the exchanged product will be sent out to you. For more information please contact us at thenuderoomltd@gmail.com.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please contact us if you have any queries.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
